Pilates Classes run by senior Physiotherapist Sapna Mavani, with over 14 years’ experience. Classes must be booked as a 6-week programme and are suitable for all levels. Classes are fun and engaging with a focus on building core and muscle strength as well as working on overall body fitness, balance and mindfulness.
